This pomegranate chicken salad is super easy to put together in a short amount of time. You can also substitute and add a million different things, to suit your own tastes.
This salad is very healthy, yet filling. This easily serves 2.
Pomegranate Chicken Salad
1- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken (l usually poach and then shred or cube my chicken)
1 container Organic girl mixed greens
3/4 cups pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup dried jumbo cranberries
3 tbsp almond slivers
1/2 medium Hass avocado
1/4 cup fat free feta cheese
Annie's Naturals Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing
Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
**Best served with a glass (or bottle) of cirsp Sauvignon Blanc. Duh!
